省(sheng)委、省(sheng)政府(fu)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)實施(shi)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)以(yi)來,學院(yuan)積極(ji)響應、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)對(dui)(dui)標,根據(ju)鄧廳長來校(xiao)調研(yan)時的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要求,深(shen)入(ru)調研(yan)、先(xian)行先(xian)干,迅速掀起投入(ru)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)潮。學院(yuan)把(ba)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)做(zuo)為2018年工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)主題(ti)(ti),成(cheng)立服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)行動(dong)(dong)(dong)領導(dao)小組(zu),印發(fa)《關于認真學習貫徹山東(dong)省(sheng)全(quan)面(mian)展(zhan)開新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)員大(da)(da)會(hui)(hui)精(jing)神的(de)(de)通(tong)知》,組(zu)織(zhi)黨委理論(lun)學習中心組(zu)(擴大(da)(da))專題(ti)(ti)研(yan)究學習,開展(zhan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大(da)(da)討論(lun),制定《學院(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實施(shi)方案(an)》。學院(yuan)充分發(fa)揮軌道交通(tong)辦學優勢,結合正在開展(zhan)的(de)(de)優質校(xiao)建設,著力(li)在專業對(dui)(dui)接產業、培(pei)養“齊魯(lu)工(gong)(gong)匠”、提升社(she)會(hui)(hui)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)能力(li)方面(mian)下(xia)功(gong)夫(fu)、做(zuo)文章,積極(ji)為我省(sheng)新舊(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)能轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)提供智力(li)與人才支撐。
下一步,學院一是要堅持固本強優,發揮軌道交通辦學特色,對接高端裝備、新一代信息技術等產業,重點優化升級鐵道機車車輛、鐵路線路運營、城市軌道交通、軌道交通裝備制造等4個專業群,申報城市軌道交通供電技術等新專業,加大高速動車組檢修技術等新上專業建設力度,打造符合新舊動能轉換需求、服務軌道交通發展的一流專業群。二是要加強校企合作,擴大學生整專業成建制頂崗實習和畢業生批量就業規模,啟動組建股份制(混合所有制)軌道交通學院,深化現代學徒制人才培養模式改革,注重學生工匠精神塑造,培養一批服務新舊動能轉換的“齊魯工匠”。三是要推進產教融合,搭建高水平科研和技術服務平臺。建設3個科研專家工作室、3個技能大師工作室、5個工程技術研發中心(協同創新中心),提高科研和協同創新能力。豐富學院培訓基地功能,提升服務新舊動能轉換的社會服務能力。推動城軌地鐵實訓真車技術、軟件技術、智能制造、生物制藥等技術領域的成果轉化,服務產業轉型升級。配合高鐵“走出去”戰略,啟動校企合作共建“海外學堂”項目。擴大培訓鐵路企業海外員工、外派員工培養規模,提升學生國際視野,推動學生海外就業。
