湖南省(sheng)(sheng)湘潭(tan)市日前印發(fa)《國(guo)、省(sheng)(sheng)、市扶(fu)(fu)持高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)普惠政(zheng)策(ce)清單》（以下簡稱《清單》），從鼓(gu)勵高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)自主(zhu)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、鼓(gu)勵企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)吸納高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)、鼓(gu)勵社會支持高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)三個領(ling)域，全(quan)面梳理(li)國(guo)、省(sheng)(sheng)、市現行高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)扶(fu)(fu)持政(zheng)策(ce)共27項。這是該市首次(ci)公(gong)布高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)扶(fu)(fu)持政(zheng)策(ce)清單。
近年(nian)來，國家和(he)湖南省、湘(xiang)潭市(shi)出(chu)臺(tai)了(le)一系列大(da)學(xue)生就(jiu)業創業扶持政策措施。由于(yu)出(chu)臺(tai)政策的部門較多(duo)，時(shi)間跨度(du)較長(chang)，政策點較分散，不方便大(da)學(xue)生簡(jian)捷快(kuai)速地(di)掌(zhang)握(wo)政策。為此，湘(xiang)潭市(shi)發改委迅速會同教育、人(ren)社等部門，梳理編輯政策清單，供各(ge)高(gao)校和(he)大(da)學(xue)生在學(xue)習(xi)、了(le)解、落實政策時(shi)作為重(zhong)要(yao)依據和(he)參考(kao)。
《清單》內包含鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)自主創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)吸(xi)納高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)、鼓(gu)(gu)勵(li)社會支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)等(deng)相關(guan)支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)政(zheng)策(ce)，涉及創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)補(bu)貼(tie)、稅收優惠、創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)擔保(bao)貸(dai)款、保(bao)險補(bu)貼(tie)、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)培訓補(bu)貼(tie)、人(ren)才(cai)補(bu)貼(tie)、彈性(xing)學制等(deng)方(fang)面政(zheng)策(ce)，并逐(zhu)項明確咨詢部門、聯系人(ren)、聯系電話(hua)，方(fang)便符合條(tiao)件的創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)、高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)精準對接、應享盡享。《清單》的印發(fa)將在提升高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)能力、拓展(zhan)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)空間(jian)、培育創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)氛圍等(deng)方(fang)面發(fa)揮積(ji)極作用，為湘(xiang)潭全市高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)高(gao)(gao)質量(liang)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)提供有力支(zhi)撐。
