為進(jin)一步加(jia)強工(gong)作統籌(chou),推動(dong)工(gong)作落實,7月11日,學院(yuan)召開優(you)質校建設(she)推進(jin)會(hui)暨(ji)2018年上半年工(gong)作總結會(hui),黨委書記王(wang)榮昌主持會(hui)議,學院(yuan)領導、優(you)質校各項目組(zu)有(you)關同志,學生處(chu)(chu)、招生就業(ye)處(chu)(chu)、財務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、資產管理處(chu)(chu)、總務(wu)處(chu)(chu)、安全保衛處(chu)(chu)有(you)關同志參加(jia)會(hui)議。
會議聽取了(le)(le)優質(zhi)校項目(mu)整體建(jian)設(she)(she)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),9個(ge)項目(mu)組(zu)建(jian)設(she)(she)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),資(zi)產采(cai)購、資(zi)金支(zhi)出進展情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)及有(you)關職(zhi)能部(bu)(bu)門上(shang)半(ban)年工作落實情(qing)(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)的匯報,分(fen)析了(le)(le)當前優質(zhi)校建(jian)設(she)(she)及學生管理(li)、安全穩(wen)定(ding)等工作存(cun)在的問題和(he)不足,對(dui)做好下一(yi)步工作進行了(le)(le)安排部(bu)(bu)署。
會議(yi)認為(wei),今年以(yi)來特(te)別是上次優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)專題會議(yi)以(yi)來,各項目(mu)組按照進(jin)度安排和(he)會議(yi)要(yao)求(qiu)群(qun)策群(qun)力、加(jia)班(ban)加(jia)點開(kai)展建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作,有(you)些任務目(mu)標已(yi)經超計劃(hua)完成(cheng)(cheng),有(you)些完成(cheng)(cheng)難度較(jiao)(jiao)大的工(gong)作項目(mu)已(yi)經找到了替代(dai)方案,整個建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作取(qu)得(de)了較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)顯著的成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。但(dan)目(mu)前優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)項目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)進(jin)度不(bu)均衡,有(you)些項目(mu)進(jin)展較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)緩(huan)慢,資產招(zhao)投標、資金支(zhi)出(chu)滯后,有(you)些任務建(jian)(jian)設(she)現狀距(ju)(ju)離目(mu)標差(cha)距(ju)(ju)較(jiao)(jiao)大,個別建(jian)(jian)設(she)項目(mu)的瓶頸問(wen)題仍未(wei)解決。相對于建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)國內領先(xian)(xian)、國際先(xian)(xian)進(jin)的優(you)質(zhi)高職(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的目(mu)標而(er)言,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的建(jian)(jian)設(she)壓力仍較(jiao)(jiao)大、困難仍較(jiao)(jiao)多,必須依靠創新(xin)開(kai)拓新(xin)思路,依靠苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出(chu)新(xin)成(cheng)(cheng)效。
會(hui)議要(yao)(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)優(you)(you)勢力(li)量聚(ju)焦優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao),把(ba)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)為學院工作(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(部門)要(yao)(yao)服(fu)從、服(fu)務于優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)大(da)局,把(ba)精(jing)力(li)向優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)集中(zhong),統一(yi)(yi)思想(xiang)、統一(yi)(yi)步(bu)調、統一(yi)(yi)行動(dong)(dong),全力(li)以赴做(zuo)好這項工作(zuo)。年終考核中(zhong)加(jia)大(da)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工作(zuo)的(de)比(bi)重(zhong)(zhong),強化正向激勵(li),努力(li)形成(cheng)干(gan)事(shi)創(chuang)業的(de)良好氛圍。二(er)是(shi)瞄(miao)準重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指標(biao)(biao)(biao),在(zai)提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)效上(shang)下功(gong)夫。把(ba)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)國家級、省(sheng)級標(biao)(biao)(biao)志性成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)和(he)技(ji)術服(fu)務到款(kuan)額、科技(ji)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)轉化等具(ju)有橫向可(ke)比(bi)性的(de)量化指標(biao)(biao)(biao)作(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian),進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)解(jie)放思想(xiang),針對重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)指標(biao)(biao)(biao)和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)難點(dian)(dian)問題切實拿(na)出(chu)真招(zhao)、實招(zhao)、硬招(zhao),破解(jie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)難題,提升建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)效。三是(shi)把(ba)握(wo)暑(shu)假關(guan)鍵節點(dian)(dian),推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)成(cheng)果(guo)(guo)再上(shang)新臺階。各(ge)項目(mu)組要(yao)(yao)利(li)用暑(shu)期時間充足的(de)優(you)(you)勢,集眾人之(zhi)力(li)、匯眾人之(zhi)智,集中(zhong)攻關(guan)解(jie)決難題。各(ge)單位(部門)要(yao)(yao)樹(shu)立一(yi)(yi)盤棋(qi)的(de)思想(xiang),通力(li)配合、全力(li)支持優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)各(ge)項工作(zuo),對建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)遇(yu)到的(de)問題,要(yao)(yao)主動(dong)(dong)協助解(jie)決,推(tui)(tui)動(dong)(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)項目(mu)順利(li)進行。
會(hui)(hui)議認為,今年以(yi)來各有關職能處室(shi)按(an)照年初工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)點,做(zuo)了大(da)量卓有成效的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)提(ti)供(gong)了有力保(bao)障,但仍存在一(yi)些薄弱環節,需進一(yi)步加強(qiang)(qiang)。會(hui)(hui)議要(yao)求,一(yi)是做(zuo)實做(zuo)細學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。根據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)特點強(qiang)(qiang)化分類管理,加強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的紀律意(yi)識,提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)遵(zun)守紀律法制的自覺性(xing)。抓(zhua)好(hao)養成教(jiao)育,培養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)良好(hao)的衛生(sheng)習慣、節能環保(bao)習慣等(deng)。二是抓(zhua)牢抓(zhua)好(hao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。加強(qiang)(qiang)師生(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教(jiao)育,排除安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患,提(ti)高師生(sheng)處理突(tu)發事件的能力,打(da)造平安(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)園,為優質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)營造安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)穩(wen)定的校(xiao)園環境。把留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納入學(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理的重(zhong)要(yao)內容,配備(bei)充(chong)足(zu)人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化日常管理,確保(bao)學(xue)(xue)習活動順利(li)完(wan)成。三是安(an)(an)(an)排部署好(hao)假期工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。暑期優質(zhi)校(xiao)項目建(jian)設(she)、綜合改革、校(xiao)園基礎設(she)施整修(xiu)等(deng)任(ren)務繁重(zhong),外出(chu)培訓的領導干(gan)部也(ye)比較多,假前各單位(部門)負責人要(yao)提(ti)前安(an)(an)(an)排部署好(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),確保(bao)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順利(li)進行。各部門之間也(ye)要(yao)加強(qiang)(qiang)協調溝通,打(da)好(hao)配合戰,為暑期各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順利(li)開展提(ti)供(gong)便利(li)服務。
